Job Summary:
Rebound Care and Support are seeking to recruit flexible, energetic, and proactive male rehabilitation support workers (part-time role). Our client is a male who is in his early 20’s and leaves independently. This is a 1:1 role focusing on providing personalised, person-centred support to enhance his independence and overall well-being.
The role involves supporting rehabilitation therapies, helping to maintain daily structure, and encouraging community engagement and participation in activities. Experience in physiotherapy or rehabilitation exercises would be a strong advantage.
You will also be required to drive the client to appointments, and leisure activities - therefore, a full UK driving licence is essential.
Hours:
Monday to Saturday 10.00- 16.00
Pay:
Monday – Friday - £17.00 per hr
Saturday - £18.50 per hr
Responsibilities
- Following personalised support plans and risk assessments
- Assist individuals in accessing community to improve their quality of life.
- Support individuals in setting and achieving their personal goals.
- Provide guidance and support to the client, ensuring best practices and a person-centered approach.
- Assist with appointments.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of all support provided, maintaining professional and respectful documentation.
- Support with physiotherapy and other therapeutic exercises (experience in this area is highly desirable).

- We are looking for supportive, patient, energetic, proactive and committed team members to provide the care throughout the day. The ideal candidates will need to have experience in working with BI clients , active, attention to detail and have a can-do attitude.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £17.00-£20.00 per hour
