Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated F&B Team Members to join our dynamic hospitality team. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests in a professional manner
- Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure high standards of quality and hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas, including tables, counters, and storage spaces
- Support the setup and breakdown of events or dining areas as required
- Follow all food safety protocols and health & safety regulations diligently
- Engage with guests to provide a welcoming atmosphere, addressing any enquiries or special requests
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately when processing orders
Experience
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Barista experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety standards and procedures is desirable
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential for delivering outstanding customer service
- Experience working in a restaurant setting or within the hospitality industry will be considered an advantage
