Picnic Coffee is an independent coffee shop, and we’re passionate about delivering exceptional speciality coffee in a warm, welcoming environment. Our aim is to produce a fabulous cup of coffee all day, every day, in our lovely, light, and airy space for our customers.
We’re equally committed to looking after our amazing staff, staying true to our values, and maintaining the positive culture and ethos on which our coffee shop is built. This is incredibly important to us, so we are also a Real Living Wage employer.
As part of our team, you’ll work alongside experienced and knowledgeable colleagues, with additional support and training provided as needed. At the same time, you’ll enjoy a relaxed working environment that we love sharing with our guests. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your passion for coffee by tasting all of the coffees we serve and helping to create flavour notes to guide our customers.
Being a passionate coffee drinker is key to this role, as there will be a LOT of tasting!
This is a variable hour part-time, but permanent, position so if you have at least 2 years of experience in speciality coffee and are looking for a new opportunity to join a fantastic team, we'd love to hear from you.
