Experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construction site. Responsible for projects tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Organisational skills ability to read dwg The Site Supervisor will play a key role in managing resources, and maintaining records compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate on-site activities to ensure timely and quality completion of projects
- Oversee the work of subcontractors and labour teams, providing clear instructions and support
- Monitor health and safety protocols, ensuring all site personnel adhere to legal and organisational standards
- Manage project schedules, materials, and equipment to optimise productivity
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures
- Liaise with clients and suppliers to facilitate smooth communication and project progression
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and progress reports
Skills
- Proven experience in construction site supervision or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, clients.
- Technical knowledge
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
- Leadership qualities with the capacity to motivate teams and resolve conflicts efficiently
- Good understanding of health & safety legislation relevant to construction sites
- Proactive problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Pay: £24,420.00-£51,027.07 per year
