We're looking for a passionate Banqueting Sous Chef to join a stunning events venue near Newbury. Working alongside an experienced Executive Chef and Head Banqueting Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional weddings, conferences and private events while helping to lead and develop an established kitchen team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef who enjoys the fast-paced nature of banqueting and events. With the opportunity to create bespoke menus, maintain exceptional food standards and work across a variety of high-quality functions, this role offers plenty of variety and the chance to be part of a growing hospitality business.
This would be a great role for a Sous Chef currently working within a large hotel or events company!
