KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: To provide a hospitality service to colleagues and guests
DUTIES:
To cover a period of maternity leave to work in our staff space known as The Showroom, ensuring it is inviting for all colleagues and visitors to site;
- To ensure that it is kept clean and tidy
- To ensure that Food Safety and Hygiene standards are of the highest (training and support will be provided)
- To ensure that required technical documentation is maintained (training and support will be provided)
- To ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies (training and support will be provided)
- To prepare food and drink for colleagues and guests
- To provide table service when guests are invited
- To carry out stock takes and place orders for replenishments (training and support will be provided)
MORE ABOUT THE ROLE:
The business of The Fine Cheese Co. is the provision of food and drink of the best quality only;
- It is based at our Tolldown location which is not served by public transport
- It is full-time, Mondays to Friday
- It is a 12 month maternity cover
- We envisage core hours of 10.00 am to 3.00 pm but we have some flexibility
- From time to time, there may be additional hours but only by prior agreement
- There will be training on food and drink preparation but previous barista experience would be helpful.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.00 per hour
