**We are recruiting**An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our lovely setting in Farnborough. We are looking for an experienced nursery practitioner to work in the baby room. We work 42 hours per week across four and a half days.
What do you need?
- The successful candidate will need to hold a full and relevant qualification in childcare, at level 3 or above, and have experience working with babies
- You must be passionate about delivering the best standard of care
- Be able to walk out of work at the end of the day covered in mud, paint or flour with your head held high
- Provide an Oscar winning performance of how much you are enjoying your drink made from a concoction of leaves, mud and bubbles
- Have a great imagination capturing children’s interests to extend children’s learning
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- Salary starting from £28,000 to £29,156 per annum depending on age, qualifications and experience Please be aware when applying that we have strict safeguarding policies and procedures in place that we follow, you will also be required to have 2 satisfactory references and a clear DBS in place before starting.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to infants in the baby room, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Engage in early childhood education activities that promote development and learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment.
- Collaborate with team members to create a nurturing atmosphere for children.
- Observe children's behavior and development milestones and capture moments on Tapestry

Pay: £28,000.00-£29,156.00 per year
