The Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Plumbing Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the breakdowns, servicing and installation of Saniflo and other macerator systems, as well as general plumbing and maintenance work.
This role suits someone who is confident working independently, takes pride in their craft, and always puts the customer experience first.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out installations, servicing and repairs of Saniflo/macerator units
- Provide accurate customer estimates and deliver work to high professional standards
- Maintain and repair general plumbing systems to government regulations
- Use initiative for joinery and basic electrical tasks
- Represent Plumbico with a customer-first attitude
- Use industry-leading tools and technology (all provided)
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ plumbing experience (required)
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (required)
- Experience with Saniflo/macerators (preferred but not essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and to a high standard
- Strong focus on customer service
- Willingness to work occasional longer hours or weekends (rewarded accordingly)
