HPB Sibton Park, Lyminge, require an experienced housekeeping supervisor to join there team.
Responsible for planing and supervising the housekeeping team, cleaning and quality checking in order that properties and communal areas are maintained to the Site Standards expected by HPB and our guests. HPB Sibton Park has 41 self catering holiday cottages set with 43 acres of gardens and grounds.
Responsibilities:
This is a hands on position that involves the cleaning of the cottages, inspecting and checking all properties and communal areas after housekeeping has finished and correct any defects.
· Follow the instructions of the Site Manager and work closely with them to ensure adequate provision of the housekeeping service.
· Assist in training staff as needed in housekeeping duties and health and safety matters and record that training.
· Assist with daily and monthly team meetings.
· Reward and recognise individual and team performance to encourage an engaged and motivated team.
· Maintain appropriate levels of cleaning materials.
.Maintain appropriate stock levels of laundry from our supplier and working within budget.
· Comply with all necessary health and safety requirements including COSHH and recording and providing staff training.

Person specification:
· Be amenable and co-operative with colleagues and Bondholders.
. Relevant training and experience in the tourism or related sector.
· Good organisation and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to organise and motivate a team.
· Attention to detail.
· Neat and tidy personal appearance.
· Proactive, can do attitude
Hours - 27.5 hours per week. 9.30am - 3pm. Mon, wed, thurs, fri & sat
Start Date - As soon as possible
