Diamond Precision Engineering are looking for an experienced fabricator/welder.
The successful candidate should be capable to read fabrication drawings and work independently and within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components.
- Perform MIG & TIG welding to a high standard.
- Operate fabrication machinery including saws, grinders, and presses, drills.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a fabricator welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in welding techniques (MIG/TIG).
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant welding/fabrication certifications (preferred but not essential).
Working Hours:
- Monday - Thursday 8:00-16:30.
- Friday 8:00-14:00
We are based in Birkenhead, less than 5 minutes from the Wallasey tunnel exit.

Pay: From £17.00 per hour
