We are looking for a General / Front of House Manager to join out team at The Ship Inn, Port Eynon.
We are a family owned pub in a beautiful seaside village of Port Eynon on the Gower peninsular.
We are looking for the right person with a huge amount of enthusiasm and drive to offer excellent customer service at all times.
Your role will include:
- Managing the running of the pub over the course of the week, including locking up.
- Managing our restaurant on busy services.
- Ensuring that all customers receive 5 star service.
- Managing customer issues & dealing with them in an professional manner.
- Helping train new staff.
