Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Mobile Tyre Fitter to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site tyre fitting services directly at customer locations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality tyre maintenance. Your expertise will help keep vehicles running smoothly and safely, delivering exceptional customer service with a lively and energetic approach. Duties
- Perform tyre fitting, repair, and replacement services at customer locations using hand tools and power tools
- Inspect tyres for damage, wear, and proper inflation, advising customers on maintenance needs
- Use mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues related to tyres and wheel alignment
- Lift heavy tyres safely and efficiently during installation or removal processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are in optimal condition
- Provide outstanding customer service by explaining procedures clearly and answering questions confidently
- Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency during operations
Qualifications
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge of vehicle tyres, wheels, and basic automotive systems
- Experience with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and tyre levers; familiarity with power tools is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively in various outdoor environments
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and safety standards
- Prior experience in tyre fitting or automotive maintenance is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
