We are hiring for our client, a growing County Antrim business, as they appoint an FP&A Manager to a newly created role.
The successful FP&A Manager will work closely with senior leadership, providing the financial insight, analysis and commercial challenge needed to support informed decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity to shape the organisation's financial planning and analysis capability during an important period of growth.

The Role

Lead budgeting, forecasting and longer-term financial planning

Produce insightful management reporting and variance analysis

Develop financial models, scenario analysis and business cases

Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders

Translate financial information into clear recommendations

Monitor KPIs and identify risks, trends and opportunities

Improve financial reporting, planning processes and controls
-
Support strategic projects and wider commercial decisions
The Person
-
Qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
-
Relevant experience within FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering or management accounting
-
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
-
Confident working with senior stakeholders

Able to communicate complex financial information clearly
-
Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable challenging assumptions

Keen to improve processes and influence how the finance function develops
