An established recruitment business in Glasgow is hiring a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to support growth across the data centre, energy and renewables sectors.
This is a 360 permanent recruitment role, covering the UK and Europe.
Work within a high-performing team, with billers at the £300k+ per year level.
There is also an opportunity to relocate to the US within this company, once targets are hit!!!
Key Responsibilities:
- 360 recruitment into Europe and the UK.
- Winning new business and growing client accounts
- Recruiting across data centre, energy, renewables, wind and related markets
- Building and managing candidate pipelines
- Delivering high-quality recruitment solutions
Requirements:
- 360 Agency recruitment experience in permanent recruitment
- Experience in energy, renewables, data centre or construction preferred (other technical sectors considered)
- Confident with business development and client acquisition
- Strong track record in permanent recruitment
- Based in Glasgow or able to commute
