Emma Solihull is the UK's first dedicated Emma Sleep showroom, helping customers find the right mattress, bed, pillow and sleep solution for their individual needs.
We are looking for a friendly, confident and customer-focused Sleep Consultant to join our growing team.
This is not a high-pressure sales role. We believe in giving customers honest advice, understanding their needs and helping them make informed decisions that improve their sleep.
The Role
As a Sleep Consultant, you will be the face of the store, providing an exceptional customer experience from the moment a customer walks through the door.
You will take the time to understand each customer's requirements, demonstrate products and guide them towards the most suitable solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers into the showroom.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrating mattresses, beds, pillows and accessories.
- Processing sales through the point-of-sale system.
- Maintaining excellent showroom presentation and cleanliness.
- Handling customer enquiries in person, by phone and via email.
- Assisting with stock deliveries and merchandising.
- Supporting store promotions and marketing activities.
- Opening and closing the showroom when required.
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

- Is comfortable working independently.
- Has basic computer skills.
- Can work weekends and flexible shifts when required.
Previous Experience
Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or sales would be beneficial but is not essential.
Full product training will be provided.

Pay: £13.00 per hour
