Little Harriers Lavant is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated and experienced Level 3 qualified Early Years Educators to join our friendly bank staff team.

About the Role
The post entails working within the nursery setting, meeting the individual needs of the children and helping to educate and nurture children from young babies through to 4 years old.
As a Bank Practitioner, you will provide high-quality care, learning and development opportunities across our four nursery rooms, helping to create a safe, stimulating and engaging environment where every child can thrive.

Essential Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Proven experience working with children aged 0–5 years
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- A positive, caring and professional approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability, flexibility and a genuine passion for supporting children's development
Hours
This is a flexible bank staff position, with shifts offered according to the needs of the nursery. Hours and working days will vary and may include opportunities for additional work during school holidays and other busy periods.
