About the Opportunity
Are you an experienced Insurance Technician seeking your next contract? We’re looking for professionals to join a transformation project within a leading broking environment. You’ll play a key role in client engagement and systems migration, making a real impact on the future of the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and completing complex project work, supporting migration, cleansing, and updating of data into a new core system
- Spotting data errors and trends to ensure high data integrity for go-live
- Collaborating with IT and business teams to implement new systems and upgrades, including data processing and reporting
- Supporting training and knowledge transfer during the transition
- Providing guidance to colleagues and assisting impacted teams across the business
- Designing and performing quality control checks on migration items
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as an Insurance Technician within an Insurance Brokerage (Broker Support, Technical Specialist, or similar)
- Track record in data migration, cleansing, and systems implementation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Available for an immediate start
- Able to work remotely with one day per week in the office (location details provided at interview)
