Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused Supervisor to join our team at our Ludlow store.
This is a 28-hour per week contract, working on a flexible rota that includes weekends. Additional hours may be available to cover holidays and sickness. The role also includes keyholder responsibilities, such as opening and closing the store when required.
We're looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a flexible approach to work. You should be confident using your own initiative and happy working as part of a small, friendly team. Good computer skills are essential, as the role includes administration and stock management. Please note that regular lifting and moving of stock and shoe cartons is also required.
This is a fast paced, varied role where you’ll help drive sales, support the day-to-day running of the store, and ensure every customer receives a warm welcome, expert advice and positive experience in store.
Previous retail experience in footwear or fashion, or experience in a supervisory role, would be an advantage, although enthusiasm, reliability, and a passion for customer service are equally important.
