Female Care Assistant with Driving Licence and Own Car
Pay: £14.85-£16.64 per hour

Right at Home Wimbledon Kingston & Putney supports vulnerable adults in the local community who need care and support in their own home. We can offer you full training and flexible hours that work around your availability to make sure that those who need help will get it. We have visits to Clients from 7am to 10pm 7 days a week, so if you can spare a few hours, please get in touch today.
We are looking for Female Care Assistants with UK valid driving licence and own car who are flexible and reliable to help us provide the highest level of outstanding care for our Clients during this testing time.
What You’ll Receive
Premium hourly pay £14.85–£16.64 plus mileage
Specialist training in dementia and behaviour support

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
Creating a calm, encouraging environment
Supporting your client through moments of distress using gentle, reassuring techniques
Personal care, washing and dressing
Medication support
Meal preparation and hydration encouragement
Light housekeeping and shopping
Attending local appointments or outings together
Every shift will give you the opportunity to brighten someone’s day and make them feel supported and understood.
What We Need From You
A full UK or EU/EEA driving licence and own car with Business Insurance
Experience with dementia and behaviours that challenge
Training or strong understanding of de‑escalation approaches
A caring heart, emotional steadiness and a positive, reliable attitude
