About The Varsity Club:
You’ll be working in an iconic venue nestled in the heart of Oxford.
This dynamic role will have you working across 4 unique floors.
Your responsibilities will span a high-volume club atmosphere, catering to private events, crafting exquisite cocktails and curating unforgettable moments from our rooftop bar.
The role:
- Craft an extensive range of cocktails, mixed drinks, and beverages with precision and creativity, utilising a diverse array of ingredients and garnishes.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drinks orders and offering recommendations when requested.
- Keep a well-organised and clean bar area, including restocking ingredients and ensuring all equipment is in working order.
- Maintain a clean and tidy customer environment by promptly clearing and cleaning tables and seating whilst providing support by replenishing glassware, ice, and other necessary supplies.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards, including responsible alcohol service.
- Handle cash and card transactions and provide accurate change.
- Create signature cocktails and update the drink menu to keep it fresh and exciting.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and mixology techniques.

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
