We are seeking a friendly and professional Full-time Spa Receptionist to join our team at South Causey Inn in. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive outstanding service and a seamless experience from arrival to departure. Your contribution will help uphold our commitment to hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
- Manage bookings and appointments efficiently using our reservation system.
- Provide information about spa services, treatments, and facilities.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with spa staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Process payments accurately and securely.
- Support the team in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Must have experience with pemier spa booking systems.
Shift pattern:
2 Day shifts - 7 am until 3 pm
3 evening shifts - 2.30pm until 10.30pm
