Full time 33 - 44 hours - 12 hour shifts
Rate per hour: £13.25
Paid Weekly - 12 week Rota
This is a fully flexible role, shifts are days, nights, weekdays and weekends.

MAX Casino is recruiting Full-Time Supervisor to join the Team at Max Casino Coleraine

Supervisor
As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the dynamic day-to-day running of the business, including leading and motivating the team. You will build strong relationships with our customers and future guests, helping to deliver a unique and engaging gaming experience that consistently exceeds expectations.
As part of our team you must be customer focused and goal orientated.
Responsibilities
Support the Manager in the day-to-day running of the business.
Deliver outstanding customer service, setting the highest standards within the industry.
Handle all customer communications in a competent, friendly, and professional manner.
Promote positive communication and effective working relationships between staff and management.
Assist in attracting, training, and retaining team members, supporting their development to reach their full potential.
Identify and implement innovative and more efficient ways of completing tasks.
Comply with, and act as a role model for, all organisational policies and procedures.
Follow standard operating procedures, including refilling and emptying machines as required.
Uphold and demonstrate our core values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions.
Act as an ambassador for the casino by promoting the customer loyalty programme.
Maintain accurate records and accounts relating to all cash desk operations.
Demonstrate a professional, positive, and results-driven approach at all times.

Qualifications
Experience supervising a team within a fast-paced, energetic environment
Experience in a customer-facing role
Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently using own initiative
Cash handling experience
Experience within the leisure industry
Strong technical and IT skills
Experience in a retail environment (desirable)
