Little Tinkers Hersham is looking for a Level 3 practitioner to join our team, 3-4 days a week.

Your responsibilities would be:
- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 6months-4years.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities.
- Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS frameworks.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment.
- Observe, assess and record children’s progress as a key worker.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Has a passion for working with young children.
- Is reliable, caring and a great team player.
- Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Has excellent communication skills and and a positive attitude.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
