I’m currently recruiting for a highly regarded law firm that is looking to appoint an ambitious Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its growing team in Manchester.
This is an excellent opportunity for a 2+ PQE Commercial Property Solicitor looking for high-quality work, a broad caseload and genuine progression within a supportive and entrepreneurial firm.
The Role
You’ll work on a varied range of commercial real estate matters, including:
- Mainstream commercial property transactions
- Managing your own caseload with support where required
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working with an established base of repeat clients
- Supporting the continued growth of the Real Estate team
- Getting involved in business development and networking
The team is Tier 2 Legal 500 ranked and has an impressive client base, with the majority of instructions coming from repeat business.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years PQE in Commercial Property / Real Estate
- Experience managing commercial property transactions
- Strong technical and client management skills
- Excellent communication and organisation
- A commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
- An interest in developing your own client relationships and profile
- Ambition to progress within a growing team
