Duties
- Operate various sewing machines to assemble and finish products according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency, making adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Troubleshoot machine issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality goals
- Record production data accurately and report any discrepancies or equipment malfunctions
Experience
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Proven sewing skills with the ability to operate different types of sewing machines confidently
- Familiarity with manufactoring procedures and safety protocols is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Basic understanding of fabric types, and sewing techniques is advantageous
