Hillcrest Enterprises – Maintenance Department are recruiting for a Contract Services Assistant.
About the Department
Our Hillcrest Enterprises - Maintenance Department covers all aspects of gas, plumbing, electrical, joinery, wet trade, carpet fitting and cleaning works for domestic and commercial properties.
About the Role
The Contracts Services Assistant will be responsible for Planned, Reactive and Services repairs, for all properties including traditional rented schemes, leased properties and factored properties employing the Mobile Working & Scheduling System. This will include liaising with tenants and tradesmen and working with Hillcrest Maintenance Services & Operations Supervisors to help ensure work is carried out as effectively as possible.
About You
You will:
- Have previous experience of working in a busy reactive environment
- Have good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 packages
- Be able to evidence excellent customer care skills
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Able to demonstrate excellent organisation skills and time management skills with ability to prioritise effectively to meet deadlines
