The Role
We are currently recruiting licensed Taxi Drivers in Lincoln to join our growing team. You will provide safe, reliable transport while delivering excellent customer service and representing the Handsome Cabs brand.
Not Licensed Yet? No Problem
If you don’t yet hold a taxi licence, you can join our Driver Training Programme.
To qualify, you must have:
- A full UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years)
- Strong customer service skills
- A willingness to learn
Our training programme includes:
- Full recruitment pack and guidance to obtain your taxi licence
- Company vehicle upon completion
- 24/7 office and dispatch support
- Fast-track process – earn within approximately 4 weeks

Requirements
- Minimum age 21 (insurance requirement)
- UK driving licence held for at least 2 years
- No more than 6 penalty points
- Good local knowledge of Lincoln
- Smart, clean appearance
- Good spoken English and customer service skills
