Overview
Equipoise Collective is a new boutique Reformer Pilates studio opening in central Wetherby, and we are looking for talented Reformer Pilates instructors to join our founding team.
We are particularly keen to hear from newly qualified instructors as well as experienced instructors who have strong technical knowledge, a warm and engaging teaching style and the confidence to develop through regular teaching opportunities.
Previous boutique studio experience is welcomed but is not essential. We care just as much about your professionalism, personality, reliability and potential as we do about the number of classes you have previously taught.
Our studio will offer contemporary Reformer Pilates through small-group classes of up to 8 clients and private sessions. We are building a welcoming and client-focused environment centred around exceptional teaching, thoughtful movement and helping every client progress safely and confidently.
You will deliver safe, well-structured and motivating Reformer Pilates sessions for clients with a range of experience levels, from complete beginners to more experienced practitioners.
Regular weekly teaching blocks will be available across early mornings, daytime, evenings and weekends. We are recruiting instructors for ongoing classes, private sessions and cover opportunities that may develop into permanent weekly slots.
