We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Corporate Support Team. You will be part of a team that provides a high-quality administration service to our Senior Management Team across all Derby Homes’ Directorates. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and administrative skills. You also will be involved in providing advice and assistance on systems which support key functions for Derby Homes.
The role will also include:
- Acting as first point of contact and responding to enquires.
- Managing bookings and organising meetings.
- Provide a high quality minute taking service as directed.
- Collating data and accurately maintaining records.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support in relation to checking and verifying documents and records.
