At CKT Solutions, our Team Leaders don't sit back and coach from the sidelines. You'll be out on the ground with your team every day, hitting your own targets while developing the people around you. If you're experienced in face-to-face fundraising and you've got the drive to lead, this is where that goes next.
What You'll Earn
- £20 per hour
- Uncapped commission on top of your hourly rate
- Self-employed terms — same structure as our senior fundraisers

What the Role Actually Looks Like
- Out in the field daily — train stations, shopping centres, events across Greater London
- Leading by example. Your own sign-up targets still apply
- Coaching and developing fundraisers on your team in real time
- Running daily team briefings and debriefs
- Identifying what each person needs to improve and acting on it
- Feeding performance insight back to the management team
- Holding the standard — on conduct, attendance, and output

- Proven experience in face-to-face or street fundraising — this is mandatory
- Natural confidence leading people without losing respect
- Professional in how you carry yourself and represent CKT and our charity partners
- Willing to keep learning — leadership is a skill and we invest in developing it
