Warwick AV is an award-winning audio-visual and smart-home integrator delivering premium residential and commercial projects across the UK, with a sister operation in Dubai. Our delivery and reputation are strong — now we want someone to drive our new-business growth and become the face of Warwick AV in the market.
This is a hunter's role for a genuine salesperson: someone who loves finding opportunities, opening doors and winning work, and who wants their earnings to reflect what they bring in. You sell; our director and commercial team back you on quoting and delivery.
What you'll do
- Find and win new residential and commercial clients — developers, architects, specifiers, contractors and venues
- Prospect proactively: outbound outreach and cold calling to build your own pipeline
- Build referral partnerships and joint ventures that generate ongoing work
- Manage your pipeline through the CRM and drive proposals to a decision
- Represent us at trade, developer and venue events
- Feed real project content into our marketing and case studies
What we're looking for
- A proven B2B new-business track record — you can point to work you've won
- A genuine appetite for outbound; you're comfortable picking up the phone
- Experience in AV, smart home, custom install, construction, M&E, FF&E, architecture/interiors or a similar premium/technical field (preferred)
- Existing relationships with Midlands developers, architects or commercial venues would be a strong advantage
- Self-directed — you can run your own diary and drive results
What's on offer
- £32,500 base plus uncapped commission on the new business you win — the more you sell, the more you earn, with no ceiling
- On-target earnings of £45,000–£50,000, and genuinely uncapped above
