Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team of commercial property surveyors.
The position will be for 22.5 to 30 hours per week, with the working hours being flexible for the suitable candidate and business.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic environment, supporting the agency side of the business. The work involves a need for professionalism, the ability to communicate and deal with people at all levels, IT proficiency and to liaise effectively and professionally with clients and tenants, in person, on the telephone and via email.
The ideal candidate will be IT competent with excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operational processes and maintaining high standards of support to the agency department.
Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to undertake a variety of duties to support the agency team in effectively and efficiently marketing, letting and selling commercial properties, all while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanour. Duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries on properties currently being marketed.
- Undertake viewings on properties.
- Reporting to the main agent on viewings and enquiries.
- Liaising with interested parties and clients.
- Inputting and matching requirements on our CRM system.
- Producing marketing brochures and e-shots for properties being listed.
- Assisting with the upkeep of our news section and social media.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail in all tasks.
Requirements
Although property experience isn't essential, the ideal candidate will be used to dealing with clients and maintaining the highest standards of customer care in a busy sales environment.
