Roles & Responsibilities
Working within a team and following a four-weekly menu, you will be responsible for creating a choice of nutritious, tasty, well presented home cooked meals. Catering for all dietary requirements using locally sourced ingredients where possible. We create themed events, beautiful afternoon teas and other delights and surprises. Experts in creating party times and celebrations for any occasion working alongside the Enrichment Team to create experiences and tastings. Essential in Food Hygiene and HACCP.(although training will be given)
Person Specification
- Previous Experience as a Chef/ Cook is Essential for this role although on job training will be given. Minimum of NVQ level 2/City in Guilds 706/1/2
- The ability to cook with fresh produce and creating a meal from scratch.
- Flexibility when needed.
- Leadership skills
- Willing to take directives off senior members of staff
