FOH TEAM LEADER FOR BEACH BAR

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and motivated Front of House Team Leader to join our vibrant beach bar at Stones Reef. This is more than a seasonal role; it’s a year-round opportunity to grow your hospitality career with lots of further progression opportunities in a stunning seaside location in Cornwall.
With sweeping sea views and a lively atmosphere, Stones Reef is all about great food, refreshing drinks, and good vibes and we’re looking for someone who shares that energy, wants to inject their own vibes, with the desire to help lead our FOH team.
What do we want from you?
- A natural people person who thrives in a busy service environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
- Previous hospitality / bar / restaurant experience (team leader or supervisor level preferred)
- Barista trained
- Cellar trained
- Resilient under pressure & ability to problem solve especially during our buzzing summer season
- Organised and reliable: confident with rotas, cash handling, stock management, customer service, opening/closing & DPS responsibilities.
- A positive, hands-on attitude! Willing to roll up your sleeves and lead by example, meaning getting stuck in!
- Someone who’s keen to progress, with the ambition to grow into a bigger role in the near future
