Property Photographer & Floor Planner
(EPC Assessor advantageous but not essential)

Salary: £26,000–£32,000 basic (depending on experience) + overtime and additional earning opportunities.
About GD Impact
GD Impact is a growing property marketing company working with estate agents, developers and property professionals across the South East. We specialise in professional property photography, floor plans, EPCs, drone photography and social media content, helping our clients market properties to the highest standard.

The Role
You'll visit residential properties across Sussex, Surrey and parts of Kent (primarily Sussex), producing professional property photography and accurate floor plan sketches for estate agents.
You'll also receive full training in drone photography and short-form property video, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills across a range of services.
No two days are the same, and you'll have the freedom of working independently while being fully supported by our office team.
All camera equipment and training are provided.
Responsibilities
- Visit residential properties across Sussex, Surrey and parts of Kent (primarily Sussex)
- Capture high-quality property photography
- Produce accurate floor plan sketches
- Deliver excellent customer service to homeowners, tenants and estate agents
- Manage your daily schedule efficiently
- Follow company quality standards
- Represent GD Impact professionally at every appointment
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Own vehicle with business-use insurance
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Smart, professional and well-presented appearance
- Confident using smartphones and technology
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience in property photography or a similar field-based role
- Estate agency or property industry experience
- Drone experience or CAA qualification
- Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (EPC)
- Apple/Mac experience
Experience is beneficial, but not essential. We're happy to train the right candidate with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
