The Sitting Room Bistro at Hotel Hebrides is an elegant newly refurbished space and as such we are looking for a warm, friendly and experienced Front of House Supervisor. You will be expected to lead a small team as well as supporting the hotel management staff.
We are a family run business and it is important that the right individual fills this important role where excellent guest experiences are of the utmost importance.
Your main duties will involve:
1. Supporting the running of our Bistro Bar and making our guests feel welcome
2. Delivering the highest standard of service
3. Motivating your team by providing excellent levels of support
4. Inspiring confidence in your team by listening to feedback and making improvements
You will have worked as a supervisor before and have at least 1 years' experience in this role.
The salary is competitive and the weekly tips are excellent. All meals are provided and there is live-in accommodation.
