Late Shift Technician – Kidderminster
Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:30 – 22:00 (45 hours per week)

Earning Potential – Salary:
£52,000 per annum basic
OTE: £55,000
Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate
Saturdays paid at overtime rate
Overview
Join the UK's largest commercial vehicle dealership in Kidderminster on the late shift. You'll be carrying out quality, safe, and compliant maintenance on a range of commercial vehicles. Key Responsibilities
- Performing major and minor repairs to commercial vehicles
- Regular inspection and general preventive maintenance services
- Maintaining workshop inventory and cleanliness – oil spills and dust kept in check
- Working with repair teams to diagnose and plan vehicle repairs
- Maintaining records of vehicles repaired – using Keyloop/Kerridge
- Completing relevant documentation and paperwork – including warranty claims where needed
- Carrying out wheel alignment and tyre fitting
- Completing customer documentation while working to agreed timescales
What You'll Need
- Level 3 qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, or IMI) in Vehicle Repair and Maintenance (essential)
- Experience in carrying out diagnostic and service repairs
- Ability to identify worn and faulty components in accordance with DVSA Standards
- Current, full UK driving licence for relevant vehicle classes
- Resilient, motivated, and detail-focused
- Strong time management skills – able to prioritise and complete tasks within timescales
