Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to oversee the execution, and management of contractual agreements across roofing and roughcasting projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with contractual obligations while fostering strong relationships with clients and generating company income by completion of projects. Responsibilities
- Manage contract lifecycle from survey though to job completion and final balances.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as installers admin and surveyors.
- Monitor contract performance and rectify and snags.
- Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents and keep close records of profit margins in organised systems.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar role within a relevant industry.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to build effective relationships with clients and workers
- Proficiency in contract management software and spreadsheets.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team under tight deadlines.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
