The role
As the Ticketing Administrator you will carry out the necessary checks on bookings, you will ensure that information is correct in our in-house booking system and correctly reflected in our flight booking system.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working ahead of client departure to ensure that client bookings for our US and UK clients have the necessary requirements for Final Flight Check and Ticket issuing work to be completed.

Liaise with our sales teams to ensure that each file has payment, authorisation, waivers and has been invoiced in good time ahead of further departure work.

Ensure that flight bookings are correctly entered into our in-house reservation system

Cross check names are correct between bookings in reservation system and our flight system.

Perform Final Flight Checks for US and UK bookings, cross checking and inputting details in our in-house reservation system
- Support the Ticketing team with requests
About you
You will demonstrate the ability to effectively plan and prioritise your workload, ensuring deadlines are consistently met. With excellent attention to detail, you will produce work of a high standard while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
