An opportunity has arisen for a well-organised, motivated and ambitious Senior Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude to working as part of the highly motivated, hard-working and committed clinical and administration team in the Prevention, Wellbeing and Recovery service. Candidates will need strong communication skills at all levels and the ability to support with customer facing aspect of the service alongside the day to day performance and operational requirements.
The successful candidates will have the ability to support and maximise the effectiveness of our clinical and administration teams through proactive leadership.
What You’ll be doing
Actively support the Service Manager to fulfilling all contractual requirements of service delivery and support associated with personal assistant.
Provide support with minute taking and actions set from internal and external meetings.
To understand and utilise ordering systems for requests from the senior management in a timely manner.
Support the wider administrative team.
Provide administrative support to teams/support services within the standard administrative procedures and contribute to the planning and development of the service.
Value and make meaningful use of feedback from young people and adults who use our service.
Regularly produce data quality reports and information in relation to team are a needs.
Identify and resolve team data quality issues.
Facilitate collective action support and advice to clients within local communities in order to reduce health inequalities whilst responding to identified health needs through one-to-one support.
Support in the operational management of the sites across East Riding including two high street outer facilities.
Promote effective and efficient working practices across the team to achieve measurable outcomes.
Ensure performance information is collected accurately and timely to enable accurate and valid reports to be produced.
To contribute to the development and upkeep of our social medica and marketing platforms.
