We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve sales performance.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to optimize performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
