Responsibilities

- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Utilise CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, update client information, and generate reports on sales performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to align strategies and optimise client solutions.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the organisation’s services and expand professional networks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development roles, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to analyse data, generate insights, and develop strategic plans for growth.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets.
- A recognised qualification in sales, marketing, or related fields is desirable but not essential.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, or training sessions.

Pay: £20.77-£29.30 per hour
