About the Role
We are a growing property-focused business dedicated to helping customers find the right property solutions through exceptional service and expert advice. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Agent to join our sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, qualifying customer needs, and converting enquiries into successful outcomes. You'll play a key role in speaking with prospective clients who have expressed interest through our marketing channels, guiding them through the next steps of their property journey while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact new and existing customers who have enquired about our property services through various marketing channels.
- Build rapport quickly and identify each customer's property requirements.
- Promote our property services and convert enquiries into appointments or sales opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective clients throughout the sales process.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, conversion rates and KPIs.
- Accurately update customer information using the company's CRM system.
- Ensure every customer interaction is professional, compliant and focused on delivering exceptional service.
- Handle customer enquiries with empathy, particularly where customers may require additional support.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's property services and market offerings.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Excellent telephone communication, negotiation and listening skills.
- Confident building relationships and influencing customers over the phone.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
- Self-motivated and target driven.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work within regulated processes and company procedures.
Desirable
- Minimum one year's experience in telesales, property sales, estate agency, lettings, financial services or a similar customer-facing sales environment.
- Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.
- Knowledge of the property sector, estate agency or property investment market.
- Experience handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries.
