Due to securing a major long-term ongoing contract, we're expanding our team and are looking for reliable Leaflet Distributors and Team Managers to join us.

Team Managers
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 2:00pm – 8:00pm
- Long-term, ongoing work.
Leaflet Distributor Duties
- Delivering leaflets through residential letterboxes.
- Working outdoors as part of a team.
- No door knocking, selling, or speaking directly with customers.
- Ensuring all allocated areas are completed to a high standard.
Team Manager Duties
- Overseeing a team of up to 4 leaflet distributors.
- Ensuring distribution targets are achieved.
- Making sure all allocated areas are fully completed.
- Providing support and guidance to your team throughout each shift.
No Experience Required
No previous experience is necessary. Full training will be provided, so we're looking for reliable, motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
Pay & Benefits
- £14.00 per hour for Leaflet Distributors.
- £15.00 per hour for Team Managers.
- Paid every 4 weeks in arrears.
- PAYE employment – this is not a cash-in-hand role.
- Statutory deductions for tax and National Insurance apply where applicable.
- 30 days' paid annual leave, including:
- 28 days annual holiday.
- 2 additional personal days.
- Two weeks of annual leave are to be taken during the Christmas and New Year period, with the remaining leave available throughout the year (subject to business requirements).
