Overview of Role:
Prepare and deliver a range of meals to a high & consistent standard whilst maintaining a good level of Food Safety.
Main Duties:
- To prepare and produce breakfast to meet agreed standards.
- Understand all food dietary requirements.
- Ensure a first-in, first out food rotation system and verifies all food products are properly dated and organized for quality assurance
- Works with other chefs to maintain kitchen standards and staff training
- Adherers to all Health & Safety, Hygiene & Food Safety regulations and policies
- Invention of new and innovative menu ideas
- Ensure cleanliness standard are maintained
- Manage a clean efficient kitchen and safe working environment
- Waste reduction
- Ensure producing food on time, consistently and accurately
- Work in accordance with business levels
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
