Production Operative – Chichester – Temp cover - Night shifts
PAY: £12.74 Days £13.95ph Nights
Shifts: First 2 weeks will be days, 07:00-19:00 then you will move onto nights, 19:00-07:00
4 days on 4 days off
Wild Recruitment are looking for reliable, hands‑on Production Operatives to support a fast‑paced food production team during peak periods. Our client is a leading fresh‑produce manufacturer supplying major supermarkets across the UK.
For those who do not drive, there is a bus that will collect workers from Portsmouth and drop them to the site in Chichester
What you will be doing
- Assisting with preparing and cooking food products
- Ensuring products meet quality and safety standards
- Operating basic machinery (full training provided)
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
What we are looking for
- Someone reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment (fresh produce factory)
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- No previous experience required — full training provided
Please note Warm PPE will be provided by the client: wellies, fleece and gloves, however you will need to dress warmly underneath
