Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards at all times
- Assist in meal prep activities, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning dishes
- Support the team during busy morning hours by ensuring timely service and smooth kitchen operations
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and communicate needs for replenishment to ensure uninterrupted service
- Serve breakfast dishes to guests with friendly professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and meal preparation methods specific to breakfast cuisine
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper handling of ingredients
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
