As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated, energetic Customer Service Advisor to join us at our Stoke-on-Trent office. The Role
Working in a fast-paced office environment, you will be a vital link in our operational chain. Beyond managing day-to-day customer inquiries, you will play a key role in coordinating our logistics—making sure our fitting teams are booked and the right stock is ready to go.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service by confidently handling inquiries and resolving issues via both phone and email.
- Coordination & Scheduling: Liaise directly with our floor layers to schedule and book them in for upcoming projects, ensuring optimal diary management.
- Stock Management: Order required stock and materials efficiently to keep up with project demands and prevent delays.
- Data Accuracy: Perform precise data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date customer records and accurately track all interactions.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze customer feedback to help identify trends and suggest ways we can elevate our service quality even further.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service, scheduling, or administration role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills—you can juggle scheduling and ordering without breaking a sweat.
- Superb communication skills with a professional, confident phone manner.
- Proficiency in basic IT systems and accurate data entry skills.
- A reliable, proactive team player who stays calm under pressure.
