We are now recruiting Care Assistants to join our growing team on a 10‑hour per week contract.
There are two positions available:
- Morning shift: 10am – 12pm, Monday to Friday
- Evening shift: 8pm – 10pm, Monday to Friday
A full UK driving licence and access to your own car are essential for this role.
No experience is required — full training will be provided.
Role Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will support adults to live safely and independently at home. You will deliver compassionate, person‑centred care and help clients maintain their wellbeing, comfort and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality personal care, including washing, dressing, continence care and mobility support
- Administer or prompt medication in line with care plans and company policy
- Support clients with meals, hydration and daily routines
- Promote independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing
- Complete accurate digital care notes and follow individual care plans
- Support clients with community access, appointments and social activities
- Recognise and report changes in a client’s condition
- Maintain professional communication with clients, families and colleagues
- Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality and all regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For
- No experience required — full training provided
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
- Reliable, compassionate and committed to high‑quality care
- Confident working independently and using initiative
- Good communication and digital recording skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends
