Trustlink DSP Limited is a rapidly growing Delivery Service Partner (DSP) based in Scotland. We’re looking for motivated, reliable, and customer-focused drivers to join our expanding team.
Whether you’re an experienced delivery driver or looking for a new opportunity, we’ll provide you with a well-organised route and pre-sorted parcels so you can focus on what you do best—delivering excellent service.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your day starts at our Livingston depot, where all parcels are pre-sorted and ready to go.
- Arrive at the depot by 6:00 AM.
- Scan and load your pre-sorted parcels.
- Aim to leave the depot by 7:00 AM.
- Deliver parcels safely and efficiently throughout your assigned route.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Meet daily delivery and performance KPIs.
- Follow all road safety and company procedures.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Maximum 6 penalty points (no DD, DR or CD endorsements).
- Able to pass a DBS check.
- Aged 21 or over.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Positive attitude with excellent adaptability.
- Enthusiastic and motivated to achieve performance targets.
Preferred:
- Previous parcel delivery or multi-drop experience.
- Good knowledge of delivery routes across Scotland.
Pay & Benefits
Using Your Own Van
Need a Van?
We can provide a fully insured van for £30 per day. Drivers using a company van will receive £140 per day after the vehicle charge. (Terms and conditions applicable)

Reporting To
You’ll report directly to the Depot Manager or one of our Delivery Supervisors, who will provide ongoing support to help you succeed.
